For my Menu Plan Monday post, very very cold here, windchill is 4 degees, brrrr, lots of warm comfort food. Looking forward to Dec 24 when we get together for tamales! Also on the menu this week is country ham and biscuits for lunches and some breakfasts.
Monday- chili - one of our family favorites!
Tuesday- southern chicken and dumplins
Wednesday- tamales
Thursday- turkey dinner with all of the fixins
Friday – cheeseburger casserole
Saturday- turkey casserole
