Well, I am sorry to say for y’all but happy to say for us that things menu wise will be pretty much the same around here. We need to plan with what we have and the garden is overflowing with things we love so here goes. I would ask for more ideas of what to do with tomatoes, okra, and peppers except that we are lovin what we have going! So here goes!
Monday- mexican chicken and rice with jalepenos and fresh salsa
Tuesday- Italian pasta salad and bread sticks
Wednesday- mexican bean dip feast with fresh salsa
Thursday- cheeseburger casserole and fried okra
Friday- taco salad with more salsa!
I know, I know, I need to get the recipes written down, but you see I am part Italian and cook with a little of this and a little of that, so I never measure and listing amounts takes some thought 
. And uhh big suprise, my many daughters cook just like I do, only better.
