Frugal friday = Frugal week

My whole week here has been a frugal friday post. I have several give aways in progress. And I launched one of my new Bless me Blogs. But the best was Monday, we went to several stores with school supply sales, and came home with a pile of goods. So my Frugal Friday tip- take a look around my site this week and join all of the give aways! Oh,  and if you live in TN, it is tax free weekend! Shop with no sales tax.

 The Ultimate Lap Book Handbook

Do you know what a lap book is? Well if you do you are already convinced you need this. If you don’t know you are missing out on one of the great wonders of the modern world and you need this just to preserve your reputation! Ha Ha, I am getting goofy, it has been a long week. Anyway Lapbooks are wonderful! Kind of like a project/scrapbook/report card/brag book all in one. When grandma says, “what have you been learning lately” you just whip out a lapbook and “Wow”. Ok,  lets see, my friend Tammy has lots more “WOW” on her site, boy wil you be suprised. Take a look at www.tobinslab.com and come back with a comment and tell what you would just LOVE to have.

Be sure to check my site often today I have several more give aways.

busy and weather statement

it is going to be a VERY busy day here in blogland, I have several more bloggy give aways, and a big sale for those who didn’t win and still want to get in on those goodies, and Crystal’s sale is $3 more but still a VERY god deal, like 85% off normal,  and I have all of these contests to get organized,  and one of the things I do every morning is check the weather report, and I got this

A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS BRINGING A PROLONGED PERIOD OF VERY HOT WEATHER TO THE REGION. THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK…AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL RUN BETWEEN 4 AND 8 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL… WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES TOPPING OUT IN THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 90S. THESE ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES…COMBINED WITH HIGH HUMIDITY LEVELS…WILL MAKE FOR EXCESSIVELY HOT AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS CONDITIONS FOR THOSE WITH EXTENDED EXPOSURE TO THE OUTDOORS. AT THIS TIME…IT APPEARS THAT THE HIGHEST HEAT INDICES WILL OCCUR ON SATURDAY WHERE READINGS MAY RANGE BETWEEN 105 TO 110 DEGREES DURING THE AFTERNOON.

ohhh pluheease!
