RAM = computer brain cells

Ever be in the middle of something and completely forget what you are doing? I have, but not too often, but my computer does it all the time. I told Jim it is like driving a truck with a trailer full of horses and the transmission goes out, or just slips continually. I have probably needed a new computer for the last 3 years but I keep putting it off. I really have a problem parting with money if there is any other way. So I just keep upgrading a littler here and there. My newest addition was to add some memory yesterday. I know the poroblem is really just that I ask my computer to do more than it was made for. They have new ones with the equivelant of 4 computers in 1, those are made for people like me. I am always doing a million things at once. But those are also more than I have to spend right now. If anybody feels led to send me one, I will gladly give you my mailing address! For now we are back to this ole machine. Which really has been faithful for the most part if I just don’t push it. Anyway I gave it some more memory yesterday, it is keeping up better today. wish I could do that for people, what a gift that would be, it would be like giving them more brain cells. You know Jesus can do that, it is called restoration, rejuvination, and redemption.

do bathroom scales lie?

I think mine does. My mom and I were joking a few years back about the exact same thing. She always needed to gain a few pounds and I always need to lose a few. She was trying to tell me that my scale was off 10 pounds, of course to her benefit. That would mean I weighed more than I thought I did, I did not want to hear that! But honestly I think cheap scales lose their integrity after awhile. Just when I feel like I am doing good it says I gained 3 pounds. And then after somebody’s birthday supper it says I lost a pound. Well wouldn’t you just know it, a few weeks ago I saw a new scale I wanted but by the time I actually got to that store it was gone. Well here it is again online digital scales . Not only do they have the bathroom scale I have been wanting but they have a whole new line of Escali scales that are also nice to look at. They have the exact bathroom scale I want, it not only measures your weight but also your body fat percentage, that will be scary, and your water percentage. So I will know when I am truly losing weight. I have been tempted to call someone a liar when they say I look like I have lost when my scale is not in agreement. I don’t like false compliments. But I need to put blame where blame is do, I think the scale currently in my bathroom is the one who is giving me false information!
